Hi Danielle,
I have always been drawn to art, even as a child. I received a bachelors degree in art at University but honesty learned the most just by simply painting daily :). I’ve been busy posting my work online since about 2002 so its been a long journey even though it doesn’t feel like it 🙂

Hi Lauren, Do you ever work in mediums other than oil paint? My artwork (https://21centuryobserver.wordpress.com/2023/08/26/an-ocean-sunset/) is typically done in colored pencil or pen. Wondering if you have any good books/tutorials you would recommend?

Hi Bethany! I like your landscape piece! I have dabbled with various other mediums over the years but always fall back in to oil painting. It just feels the most compatible with my style :). I’m not too sure of any good books/tutorials offhand but I’m possibly going to be doing a few myself on YouTube here in the next few months if you’re interested!
