Goldfish Light Bulb

Goldfish Light Bulb – 8″ x 10″ oil painting on hardboard panel – SOLD

This was a fun painting that I hope to do in a larger format in the future. I actually went on a mission and purchased a goldfish, and some nice round, clear lightbulbs. I googled how to ‘open’ a lightbulb to use for a fun creative project (such as placing water and a goldfish inside, lol). Don’t ask where I got the idea—I was just trying to do something fun and different as always… Voila, goldfish in a lightbulb!  And by the way, I have since named the fish Fred.  Fred now resides in a large tank in the living room where he is fed copious amounts of fishy flakes 🙂
